Yes! You can change your plan anytime in settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that you're back on the free Starter plan — AIs and share pages beyond the free limits are paused, not deleted, and resubscribing restores them.
The free plan includes 1 AI, 10 knowledge base files, and 100 conversation credits per month (roughly 100 conversations). Share pages are public — great for personal learning and trying things out.
1 credit is roughly 1 conversation. The vast majority of conversations use exactly 1 credit; only unusually long conversations, ones with many images, or those backed by a very large knowledge base use 2 or more. This keeps light usage generous while pricing heavy usage fairly.
We currently support credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB). All transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment platform.
